Service Times	An Orthodox (Chabad) synagogue and outreach center founded specifically to serve Jewish immigrants from the former Soviet Union ("New Americans"), led by Rabbi Asher Goldschmidt, who\\\'s been doing this outreach in Dallas for about 30 years and teaches in English, Russian, Hebrew, and Yiddish. It grew out of a wave of Soviet Jewish immigration to Dallas in the 1990s, when an estimated 4,000–6,000 Russian-speaking Jews settled in the area.
